Terms & conditions
Last updated 1 August 2026 · My storeThese terms cover purchases from My store. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot ship to your address.
Stock is shown per variant. A variant shown as sold out is unavailable until restocked.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown in the store’s currency. Any tax is worked out at checkout from your shipping country and shown before you pay. Orders shipped across a border may attract import duty on arrival, which is yours to pay.
Some discount codes have a minimum spend, an end date or a limit per customer. If a code cannot be used, checkout tells you why. One code applies per order, and codes do not stack.
Shipping
Rates depend on your address and the method you choose, and are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Digital products
Digital items ship nothing. A download link arrives with your confirmation and stays in your account. Downloads are for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. Where the law allows, starting a download ends any right to cancel that download.
Cancellation
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, and any longer right the law gives you still applies. The full terms, including how refunds are paid, sit on the returns page.
Returns and refundsFaults
If something arrives faulty, write to us. You have the rights the law gives you for faulty goods, and nothing here limits them.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You may close your account at any time; order records stay with us for as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Law and disputes
The law of the country where My store is established applies, together with any consumer rights you have where you live. Write to us first; most things are settled in one email.
